Job Description

产品市场专家上海社招全职用户与服务 - 市场与传播本科及以上10 年以上职位描述1. 参与产品开发,输出用户价值需求、竞品价值分析等洞察,将价值融入产品定义。
2. 洞察用户用车痛点,结合市场/竞品/技术动态,提炼产品“技术-价值”转化路径,输出核心价值文档,支撑传播。
3. 联动产品与营销端,将用户价值转化为定价、配置方案,支撑价值落地。
4. 统筹发布会脚本、车辆展示、官网素材等内容,确保产品价值在各触点高效传递。
5. 拉通各车型价值定位,平衡短期销量与长期品牌价值,保障价值传递连贯性。
6. 基于数据监测产品价值竞争力,提出迭代方案,优化价值与需求匹配度。职位要求1. 全日制本科及以上,相关专业优先。
2. 7年+汽车行业产品市场/GTM经验,有产品价值传递成功案例。
3. 热爱汽车与智能科技,具备“用户需求-产品功能-价值传递”全链路思维,有成熟价值传递方法论。
4. 优秀跨部门协作与执行力,推动多方聚焦产品价值目标,能将技术点转化为通俗的用户价值语言。
5. 强数据分析能力,可量化价值传递效果并推导优化策略。
