Job Description

大客户商务拓展(产业合作&融资方向)上海社招全职职能与支持 - 财务金融本科及以上5-7 年职位描述1. 主动识别潜在的产业合作伙伴或各类金融机构,挖掘其持有的能源类资产的合作需求;
2. 持续收集目标行业客户信息,及时了解、收集、反馈并分析市场信息;
3. 全面开拓并维护合作伙伴的长期战略合作关系;
4. 深入了解合作方的资产状况,设计针对不同项目的融资合作方案;
5. 独立或牵头负责融资项目,包括主导谈判、协调内外部资源,促成项目落地;
6. 与公司内部各团队紧密合作,确保融资方案与项目开发节奏、公司战略相匹配。职位要求1. 本科及以上学历,金融、财务、经济、能源等相关专业;
2. 至少5-8年以上商务洽谈经验,有项目成功落地经验, 在券商投行部、大型融资租赁公司、能源投资基金或领先能源企业融资部门的相关工作经验优先;
3. 深刻理解能源行业,特别是新能源项目的开发流程、技术特点、现金流模式和风险评估要点。
4. 具备较强的商务拓展能力、商业谈判能力、项目管理能力,优秀的表达能力和沟通技巧。
