功率模块高级应用工程师（失效分析）上海、合肥、南京社招全职数字技术 - 智能硬件本科及以上7-10 年职位描述职位描述:
该职位在功率模块应用与验证团队中负责功率模块的失效分析、功率芯片对标分析、失效分析实验室建设及管理等。
主要职责:
- 失效分析能力建设‌：
负责建立并完善针对功率模块的电性失效分析（EFA）与物理失效分析（PFA）能力体系，包括相关分析流程、标准操作规范及失效案例数据库。
- 实验室管理与设备操作‌：
管理失效分析实验室的日常运作，负责关键分析设备（如扫描电子显微镜SEM、聚焦离子束FIB、2D X-ray、CSAM、热点分析仪EMMI/OBIRCH、IV曲线仪、探针台等）的验收、维护与操作。
- 系统性失效分析‌：
对芯片、电子元器件及封装后的功率模块进行全面的电性与物性分析，识别失效模式，定位故障位置，并找出失效的根本原因。
- 报告与沟通‌：
出具逻辑清晰、数据完整的失效分析报告，并与研发、制造、测试、品保及客户等部门沟通，反馈设计风险、工艺问题及改进建议，推动异常改善闭环。
- 专案推动与流程优化‌：
主导失效分析专案，拉动相关工程师协同工作，持续改善团队的技术能力、执行效率和工作流程，并对分析方法进行不断完善与开发；总结失效根因，提出功率模块优化建议。
- 技术支持与培训‌：
必要时前往代工厂现场解决客诉问题，从系统角度分析失效原因，并对代工厂或相关工程师进行技能培训。
职位要求- 学历与专业‌：
电气工程、电子工程、材料学、物理或电力电子等相关专业本科及以上学历。
- 专业知识与技能‌：
需掌握半导体基础知识、集成电路失效分析技术、模拟与数字电路分析能力。
熟悉功率模块（如 Si IGBT/ SiC MOSFET）的工作原理、典型失效模式及分析方法（如TIVA、OBIRCH、热成像等）。
- 设备操作经验‌：
需熟练掌握电性分析设备（如示波器、功率分析仪、DC/AC源等）和物性分析设备（如SEM/EDS、FIB、2D X-ray等）的操作。
- 工作经验‌：
需要1-3年以上在电子或半导体行业从事电性失效分析或产品质量分析的经验，具备功率模块产品分析经验者优先。
- 软技能与资质‌：
需具备强烈的责任感、良好的团队协作与沟通能力、较强的分析解决问题能力。通过相关认证培训认证优先。投递
