Job Description

销售营销项目运营上海社招全职用户与服务本科及以上3-5 年职位描述1. 统筹政策宣发与落地: 制定政策发布与全盘宣传计划,把控对外内容标准。提炼政策核心卖点,并负责跨部门协调资源,确保宣传动作在各区域和门店切实推行。
2. 一线转化支持:为一线输出全套销售支持与执行方案,配合销售培训,提供能直接促进门店成交的实用工具。
3. 销售营销产品开发:根据公司传播计划,策划并开发用于门店引流的大型营销产品。统筹传播方向的落地工作,推动大区及门店执行,直接拉动精准客流。
4. 项目全流程运营: 负责营销项目的完整管理,包括前期立项、财务投入产出测算、区域落地执行方案制定及最终效果追踪。职位要求1. 本科及以上学历,3-5年工作经验。有汽车/新能源、零售行业或大型营销项目统筹经验优先。
2. 逻辑严密,做事有体系,文案撰写能力优秀。能熟练使用AI工具完成基础图片/视频编辑者优先。
3. 自驱力强,能独立统筹跨部门协作。遇突发状况能迅速反应并妥善解决,确保项目按节点完成。
4. 财务意识清晰,能独立进行营销项目的预算规划与测算,并通过真实数据复盘活动效果。
5. 熟悉门店真实工作场景与业务痛点,产出的方案和工具必须具备极强实操性。 投递
