客服投诉专员(金融)上海社招全职用户与服务 - 运营管理本科及以上5-7 年职位描述工作范围 The scope of work
负责处理蔚来融资的金融用户及baas电池租用服务用户的日常咨询及投诉处理的线上沟通工作
主要工作职责 Major responsibilities
1、通过400电话、微信等即时通讯工具与客户沟通,受理用户及前端销售人员在使用蔚来金融或baas产品过程中的各项咨询、查询、操作、投诉、建议等,提升用户在全生命周期中的体验感受;
2、收集用户及前端销售一线反馈的相关问题,并做梳理和分析,为公司产品和流程的优化提出合理化建议,并推动项目落地;
3、完成领导安排的其他工作。职位要求1、大学本科及以上学历;
2、二年以上相关工作经验,有银行呼叫中心、汽车金融或租赁公司客服经验为佳;
3、有质检培训、客服系统管理、用户体验、自媒体等岗位经验为佳。
4、熟悉与前端沟通协调的话术,客服等方面的基本知识,熟练操作Office等各种常用办公软件;
5、工作认真负责,踏实勤奋,对待工作精益求精,要求具备强烈的责任心,上进心和学习能力 投递
