蔚来汽车售后配附件营销经营数据分析及预测
-主要工作职责 Major responsibilities
-负责全国售后配件和相关油漆辅料工具的销售额制定及预测,确保完成销售及利润目标;
-基于配件市场及经营状况,定期制定配件营销策略及目标,并确保落地,如配件招揽、促销等;
-负责配件销售额指标的建设,并对数据监控和分析,搭建分析模型,挖掘经营变化趋势;
-通过销售目标制定实现路径,用有效的管理机制确保目标实现,推进及提升配件经营表现;
-基于滚动市场销量信息,配合相关团队完成月度及年度配件销售额更新;
-基于配件销售目标,协同相关业务团队完成配件定价调整;
-定期收集市场信息,分析行业动态,发掘配件销售额增长点,并确保配件经营的健康度及合理性。职位要求-任职要求 Qualifications
-本科及以上学历,8年及以上汽车或汽车销售分析相关经验 ,有主机厂配件营销相关经验优先;
-熟悉汽车配件营销及相关配套资源,熟悉供应链相关流程;
-具备强数据分析能力,建模能力;
-逻辑性强,有全局思考意识,做事细致、能够主动思考,有自驱力及强执行力。 投递
