合作伙伴工业化工程师武汉社招全职工程技术 - 质量管理本科及以上3-5 年职位描述主要工作职责 Major responsibilities
负责公司直采零部件合作伙伴的导入审核工作，对合作伙伴进行全面的评估，在零部件生命周期内对生产/交付/NIO生产现场等过程中加以监控管理，主导合作伙伴过程审核、飞行审核及年度审核工作。
参与新项目技术交流，确保各项质量要求在产品开发的早期阶段得到传递并落实。
负责公司直采合作伙伴零部件APQP和PPAP，包括主导合作伙伴零部件DFM、PFMEA等评审）和PPAP工作，制定直采零部件检验SIP，审核合作伙伴制程管控及质量检验标准，对合作伙伴检验人员进行培训及授权，按计划完成PSW签署。
识别外购总产产品在项目投产过程中的风险及问题，并协同相关资源解决。
在新项目开发及量产供应链降本过程中，熟练运用各类管理工具，对合作伙伴零部件投产计划及交付节点监控管理，管控高风险工艺准入与风险识别，持续满足量产需求。
负责合作伙伴的绩效评估，定期对合作伙伴的质量表现进行绩效数据收集与评价，建立有效的合作伙伴监督和改善机制，建设有竞争力的供应链体系。
主导分析和解决合作伙伴遇到的质量问题，熟练运用8D/5Why等质量工具，推动根本原因分析和解决方案实施。
负责合作伙伴相关零部件变更管理（包含NIO发起的变更及合作伙伴发起的变更），执行断点及追溯管理。
在内部团队中分享质量管理实践
质量负责人分配的其他任务。职位要求任职要求 Qualifications
电气工程或机电一体化类专业，本科以上学位。
至少3年以上来自制造业供应商质量管理经验。（来自新能源充换电行业、汽车零部件行业优先）
具有在非结构化和快节奏的环境中交付成果的能力，具备良好的敏捷性和适应性。
熟悉运用APQP，FMEA, PPAP，SPC，8D等质量工具和方法。
熟悉ISO9001/IATF16949/VDA6.3质量体系（内审员资质优先），了解 IPD流程。
熟悉电源模块、动力电池、电气柜、充电桩等产品电气原理和制程工艺更佳。
具有在非结构化和快节奏的环境中交付成果的能力，具备良好的敏捷性和适应性。
擅长跨部门协同工作，具备优秀的内外部沟通能力。
语言能力：英书（书面及口语能作为工作语言）。
