整合营销经理上海社招全职用户与服务 - 市场与传播本科及以上7-10 年职位描述firefly萤火虫正在寻找将车转换为城市生活方式的整合营销专家,需要同时理解品牌、内容、渠道与商业结果,把firefly从“产品”持续推向“文化表达”。
工作职责
- 品牌与产品营销战略
- 构建年度营销节奏(上市 / 特别版 / 品牌事件 / 城市活动 / 海外活动)
- 将“高端小车 / 城市生活方式”转译为可传播的内容体系
- 主导0→1整合营销campaign(产品发布 / 特别版 / 跨界合作)
- 搭建内容结构(品牌叙事 / 社媒内容 / KOL内容 / 事件内容)
- 建立campaign复盘机制(内容表现 / 转化效率 / 用户反馈)
- 协同多方完成整合营销目标职位要求背景 / 能力要求
- 6–10年整合营销经验,有汽车品牌经验
- 有完整操盘上市项目或大型campaign经验
- 熟悉内容营销与社交平台逻辑(而不是只懂投放)
- 有海外市场经验或参与过国际项目(加分)
- 英文流利,可直接与海外团队沟通
