悦享出行大客户销售经理上海社招全职用户与服务本科及以上5-7 年职位描述1. 大客户开拓与销售目标达成
- 负责政企、园区、商会、大型企业等B端客户的开发,完成公司下达的签约台次、收入及回款指标。
- 挖掘客户用车需求(企业长租、租转购等),提供定制化解决方案并主导商务谈判。
2. 客户关系与渠道维护
- 建立大客户分级管理体系,定期组织高层拜访、行业沙龙等活动,提升客户粘性与复购率。
- 维护现有渠道合作伙伴(如园区管委会、企业服务商),推动转介绍与长期合作。
3. 销售流程协同与优化
- 协同运营中心完成车辆调配、合同交付及售后问题闭环,确保客户满意度。
- 反馈市场竞品动态与客户痛点,协助优化报价策略及产品方案。职位要求1. 本科及以上学历,5年以上B2B销售经验,有汽车租赁、主机厂、出行或企业服务行业背景优先。
2. 具备政企大客户资源或成功开拓案例,能独立完成年百万级以上合同签约。
3. 出色的商务谈判与关系维护能力,适应高频外出拜访。
4. 结果导向,抗压能力强,具备基础财务知识(如合同回款账期、ROI测算)者优先。 投递
