Job Description

售后质量工程师(智驾方向)北京、苏州社招全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述岗位职责:
1、全面负责售后质量管理,根据售后质量问题情况,与客户进行对接和处理。
2、对接客户侧反馈的售后问题、质量投诉或索赔事项,确保在规定时间内及时进行沟通和处理,必要时需要及时到客户现场支持问题解决。
3、负责将售后问题及时传递给内部相应的团队进行问题分配与分析,推动问题根因的发现、纠正和预防措施的建立,对售后问题闭环进行整体要求与跟踪,必要时负责组织内部完成8D报告等工作。
4、负责售后质量目标统计,并负责推动与跟踪售后质量目标的达成。
5、负责售后质量体系的建设,确保售后流程高效运行。
6、收集售后质量问题及数据,进行相应的统计分析,对售后质量问题进行归类与总结,识别TOP问题和根因分类,总结lesson learn,建立售后问题质量经验库,用于后续产品质量改进。
7、负责组织关键售后质量问题相关的复盘分析与措施跟踪。
8、监控售后质量数据,及时预警及响应,确保已发生问题的及时处理,未发生问题的及时预警与风险消除。
9、客户侧质量相关问题支持,提升客户满意度。职位要求-- 投递
