统筹制片武汉全职文娱 / 广告 / 媒体 / 艺术职位描述岗位职责
1、根据项目排期实时把控项目进度，进行人员工作饱和度及交付时间节点提醒、突发状况预警;对于临时突发项目，需给出合理的解决方案 (协调内部或外发建议);
2、对内进行项目Brief需求梳理，协助创意leader合理的按劳、按需分配创意工作;
3、与组内创意人员保持密切合作，准确完成Brief，保障项目交付物的质量;
4、对于外发项目，担当内部与供应商的沟通角色，与供应商初步沟通项目需求、成本控制，推动相关项目进度、把控供应商产出质量;
5、参与创意idea讨论会，结合专业经验给出制作可执行性方案；
6、跨界制片团队人员管理、培养等工作；
7、管理和指导执行制片和见习制片，协助管理项目生产团队，确保项目组高效工作；

职位要求1、熟悉了解互动技术、设计、三维、动画制作、视频制作、视频拍摄等工作的流程;
