电商客服广州全职职能 / 支持 - 客服职位描述1. 负责通过小红书、天猫、微信小程序等多元化社交媒体平台,使用中文高效处理客户售中、售后咨询及退换货事宜,持续提升客户满意度;
2. 主动跟进客户需求,精准把握销售机会,促进订单转化;
3. 及时识别并反馈客户服务过程中的异常情况,协同上级及跨部门团队推动问题解决。职位要求1. 大专及以上学历,具备出色的文字功底及办公软件操作技能,打字速度快;
2. 拥有出色的客户服务意识,具备优秀的应变能力与跨部门沟通协调能力;
3. 工作积极主动,服从安排,执行力强,能高效完成上级交付的任务;
