国家站运营负责人广州全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述一、本地化商品战略落地及爆品生命周期管理:
-主导国家站季度爆款企划:基于本地趋势/竞品/社交媒体热点,输出商品需求包(款式/面料/价格带)
-监控爆款全链路数据(点击率→加购率→转化率→退货率),动态调整备货及促销策略
二、本地化商品开发:
-推动开发国家专属商品线
-建立国家季末清仓模型:制定滞销品折扣深度与渠道分配策略
三、数据化商品运营&精准选品决策:
-构建国家商品数据分析体系:追踪品类增长率、动销率、退货原因分布
-通过AB测试验证商品组合策略
四、跨部门增长闭环
-投放端赋能:为广告团队提供高潜力商品清单及本地化卖点
-用户需求反哺:分析商品评价/退货数据,推动改善版型/面料职位要求一、商品运营功底:
-2年+跨境服装商品运营/买手经验,有国家市场爆款打造案例
-精通商品数据指标:售罄率、折扣率、库存周转、品类毛利率计算逻辑
二、本地化洞察:
-深度理解目标国家用户画像
-英语流利,可独立分析海外时尚趋势
三、数据驱动能力:
-熟练使用BI工具(Tableau/Power BI)分析商品表现,定位潜力品类 投递
