Job Description

商品总监广州全职互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述1. 结合公司全年发展策略、用户市场和高优国家制定商品企划策略,包括联动货品企划端的风格趋势与数据做策略给出,帮助团队管理指标进度(年/季/月/周/日为周期),给予开发和生产团队策略指导;
2. 负责商品全生命周期的数据分析,包括新季配货计划、补货计划、库存优化等;建立数据看板管控库存周转、下单回货、首单返单等核心关键指标,在货品周转率与缺货率中做好平衡;
3. 依托数据中台和策略落地的效果提出改善建议,联动买手设计开发团队、运营团队及供应链团队做密切沟通并周期拉通复盘,确保上下游指标对齐与关注;
4.关注货品生命周期的同时,借助系统工具的优化来实现效率和数据的支持,推动业务指标的实现和策略的更优落地。
5.其他相关团队协作项目。职位要求1. 具有同行业相关工作经验6年及以上,电商品牌或服装品牌管理经验为主;
2. 熟悉品牌公司运营流程,了解电商运营模式,具备品牌营运思路;
3. 保持对数据的高度敏感和精确的数据分析能力,能够通过数据驱动业务;
4. 出色的协调沟通能力,能够与不同海内外团队合作,确保目标达成的一致性;
5.英语可作为日常工作语言,海外留学背景作为加分项。 投递
