Job Description

电气技术员组长北海制浆造纸类高中及以上5-7 年职位描述一、工作职责：
1. **设备维护与故障处理**
- 负责浆线电气设备（PLC、变频器、传感器等）的日常巡检、预防性维护及突发故障抢修。
- 快速诊断并解决生产中的电气系统问题，确保设备高效稳定运行。
2. **团队管理与协调**
- 领导电气技术团队（3-5人），分配任务并监督执行，确保维修工作及时完成。
- 协调与机械、工艺等其他部门的合作，保障生产线协同运作。
3. **技术改造与优化**
- 分析设备运行数据，提出电气系统升级或自动化改造方案，提升生产效率。
- 参与新设备调试及旧设备改造项目，确保技术方案符合环保和安全标准。
4. **文档与安全管理**
- 制定维护规程、故障处理手册等技术文档，建立设备维护档案。
- 监督团队遵守安全规范，开展安全培训，杜绝电气操作事故。
5. **备件与成本控制**
- 管理电气备件库存，评估备件需求，优化采购计划以降低维护成本。职位要求二、任职资格要求：
- **学历与专业**：大专及以上学历，电气工程、自动化等相关专业。
- **工作经验**：5年以上浆线或类似生产线电气维护经验，2年以上团队管理经验。
- **专业技能**：
- 精通PLC编程（如西门子、三菱）、变频器调试及传感器应用。
- 熟悉造纸工艺流程（如制浆、抄纸）及DCS系统操作。
- 熟练使用CAD绘制电气图纸，掌握Office软件编写技术报告。
- **软性能力**：
- 责任心强，具备抗压能力，能适应倒班或紧急抢修。
- 优秀沟通能力，能跨部门协作并培训下属。
