1. Mechanical Design Development and Problem Solving:
- Independently lead the team in executing product or module mechanical design, capable of reviewing design process progress and product specification technical documents.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of product specifications and reliability, utilizing design and statistical analysis methods (DFMEA, DFx, 6-sigma, static and dynamic mechanics) to reduce design risks and resolve issues.
2. Maintaining Design Quality and Schedule Management:
- Prepare technical documents and design reports, integrate cross-disciplinary topics, and review and provide logical suggestions on technical documents from other team members.
- Independently manage design schedules, understand cost structures and team resource constraints, and facilitate optimization of design and development timelines across project teams to meet project objectives.
3. Cross-Departmental Collaboration and Client Communication:
- Actively participate in product requirements, specifications, and feasibility assessments, clearly express professional viewpoints in cross-departmental meetings, and assist in integrating opinions from all parties to optimize design solutions.
- Engage in in-depth discussions on mechanical expertise with clients, development, and manufacturing teams; with limited team support, appropriately express opinions and suggestions on system integration issues to drive project progress and reduce design risks.
