Job Description

人形机器人算法实习生(全身运动控制与工程化方向)上海实习职位描述 我们致力于打造下一代人形机器人的运动控制基座,目前团队的核心攻关项目是一套前沿的人形机器人“身外化身”(Avatar / Teleoperation)系统。在将人类的动作意图(源自光学动捕或 VR 设备)精准映射至机器人,结合 WBC(全身控制)框架与前沿的动作追踪基座模型,最终实现机器人对人类动作的高动态、高精度跟随。
目前团队的工作不仅仅是打通基座模型的上游数据链路,更是致力于构建从“人类意图”到“机器人泛化控制”的核心桥梁。我们正处于软件工程、控制理论与前沿AI算法的黄金交叉点,亟待优秀的你加入,与我们共同推进这套复杂系统的工程化落地,挑战具身智能领域的最前沿难题!
【岗位职责】
1. 系统工程化落地: 参与人形机器人“身外化身”系统的数据处理与重映射(Retargeting)模块的工程化开发,打通运动控制基座模型的上游链路。
2. C++ 软件开发与维护: 基于 C++ 对现有系统架构进行功能开发与细节调整,确保系统链路的稳定性,以符合产品预期和客户实际需求。
3. 算法探索与数据处理: 协助进行算法层面的探索性工作,包括动捕与 VR 轨迹的数据清洗、数据增强(Data Augmentation)等,为基座模型提供高质量输入。
4. 前沿技术复现(进阶): 跟进具身智能领域最新研究,参与复现业内顶尖的运动追踪与重定向系统(如 NVIDIA ASE、Sonic 等),探索下一代控制框架。职位要求1. 计算机、自动化、机器人、机械电子或相关专业的在校本科生/硕士生/博士生。
2. 扎实的工程能力: 熟练掌握 C++ 、python开发,具备良好的面向对象编程思想和代码规范,熟悉 Linux 环境及常用的开发与版本控制工具(Git、CMake 等)。
3. 复合的算法视野: 具备一定的算法基础,对以下至少一个领域有基本了解并愿意深入学习:
- 机器人学基础(正逆运动学 Kinematics/IK,了解 WBC 框架者加分)。
- 数据处理、机器学习或强化学习基础。
4. 具备强烈的责任心与自驱力,面对“算法+工程”的交叉问题时,有耐心进行 Debug 与逻辑梳理。
【加分项】
- 熟悉或使用过光学动捕系统(如 OptiTrack、Vicon)或 VR 设备(如 Pico、Meta Quest)的 SDK 与数据接入。
- 了解物理仿真引擎(如 NVIDIA Isaac Gym / Isaac Lab、MuJoCo、PyBullet)。
- 关注并了解过 NVIDIA ASE / Sonic 等相关前沿论文或开源项目。
- 有过 ROS/ROS2 开发经验,或参与过国内外知名机器人相关竞赛并承担核心研发工作。 投递
