Job Description

薪酬福利北京全职中后台职能类职位描述 - 负责薪酬核算工作SOP的迭代,识别并解决核算流程中的痛点,提升核算效率,推动核算标准化、规范化;
- 负责薪酬核算系统(飞书人事)的日常配置、维护,处理系统故障,优化操作流程,实现数据联动;
- 负责薪酬市场对标工作,搭建对标体系,筛选对标企业与岗位,分析薪酬差距,输出对标报告,为薪酬策略优化、薪酬标准调整提供专业支撑;
- 负责年度绩效奖金分配与发放、年度调薪等重大薪酬专项工作;
- 协助完成年度人力预算编制、执行跟踪,偏差分析并提出调整建议,确保预算可控,精准投放;
- 协助完成人力数据体系搭建,输出各周期的人力检视报告,挖掘数据背后的管理问题;
- 参与薪酬结构、薪酬等级、激励规则等方案的设计与落地,推动薪酬体系适配公司战略;
- 其他薪酬及人力数据相关的工作。职位要求 - 本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、统计学、数据分析、财务管理等相关专业优先;
- 3年以上相关工作经验,熟悉劳动法、个税等相关法规,深度参与过薪酬体系建设、人力数据体系搭建或E-HR系统上线者优先;
- 逻辑思维严谨,数据敏感度高,能熟练使用Excel高级功能、数据分析及可视化工具(如SQL、观远BI等);
- 细心、严谨、抗压,有责任感,主动性和保密意识强且具备良好的沟通协调能力。 投递
