岗位职责：
负责全国办公空间、加工中心的租赁及装修；零售店铺装修及模块家具；市场活动场地搭建等项目的采购工作。 负责执行具体采购项目，在既定预算内为业务部门提供最优资源方案与落地看护，确保交付物符合业务需求及公司高标准要求。具体包括了解业务需求、供应商选择、组织招标、商务谈判、合同管理、汇报、项目风险管理等。 与供应商就报价、服务范围及交付节点进行谈判，实现成本效益最大化。合规、透明并高效地执行项目采买。善于利用AI工具，提升采购效率。 通过采购数据分析，对历史支出、未来需求、预算规划提供专业采购策略。合理布局年框供应商数量、SKU签订范围、建立价格库（价格基准）。 对核心供应商进行绩效评估，组织季度回顾会议，与供应商建立良好的长期合作伙伴关系。 主动拓展和储备优质活动供应商资源，把控供应商准入资质，不断优化供应商资源库。
岗位要求：
本科及以上学历，供应链、建筑装饰或工程管理等专业，看懂施工图。 3~5年以上装修采购或线下大型活动采购管理经验，熟悉装修施工工艺及装修材料，了解道具展柜制作工艺。 熟悉工程量核算，成本控制，报价基础 逻辑思维清晰，表达能力强，具备出色的沟通及商务谈判能力。 具备良好的项目管理技能，擅长制定执行计划，确保项目按时交付。 良好英语书写能力，善于利用AI工具，提升采购效率。 熟悉合同主要素质、基础法律框架及财务、税务合规常识。 积极主动、诚信正直。
