Job Description

省区经理(全国储备)北京全职市场销售类职位描述1、带领团队及协同合作伙伴(包括但不限于经销商、批发商),树立及维护当地市场的元气森林品牌口碑;
2、结合总部整体经、分销商开发和城市布建策略制定区域内经、分销商开发及城市布建规划;
3、开发、维护、管理经销商,与经销商合作进行当地的产品推广和销售工作,形成良好的合作共赢关系;
4、合理有效计划、管理和控制各项市场及运营成本费用,达成公司的利润考核目标;
5、负责省区内各个城市的经营情况,进行月度复盘,通过数据发现并解決问题;
6、负责区域人才培养,搭建区域人才梯队,提升整体业务能力。职位要求1、快消品行业优先,5年以上团队管理经验;
2、决策能力:能够根据现实情况做出客观合理的决策,为团队提供及时可行的实施方案;
3、团队培养:具备挖掘、识别和培养优秀人才的能力,利用个人专业能力推动团队目标的达成,能够提升团队凝聚力,赋予团队成员能力的提升;
4、目标规划能力:具备胜任本职工作的专业知识技能,能够洞悉市场做出相应的规划和部署;
5、战略思维:深入理解并认同集团的发展目标和战略,以此作为工作的出发点,指导具体的决策与行动,确保各项经营管理活动与集团总体发展战略一致。 投递
