Job Description

重客渠道管理北京全职销售职能类职位描述1、明确重点客户管理办法(包含但不限于直营标准、客营转直营标准等),制定客户分级标准、维护ka渠道市场健康。
2、根据元气经销商政策,制定ka渠道经销商合同返利及费用使用标准。
3、制定客户拜访标准、持续运维,建立客户健康度模型及评价。
4、明确终端执行SOP,制定合格门店及多点门店等级标准,制定重客终端网点管理办法。
5、解决渠道合作中出现的问题,维护良好的合作关系。职位要求1、大学本科及以上学历,具有5年以上快消品行业销售管理、通路企划经验;
2、熟悉快消品饮料行业在传统渠道、现代渠道、特殊渠道的销售特性;
3、具备较强渠道管理工作能力,有责任心,敏锐的洞察力和分析判断能力;
4、掌握经销商管理相关技能,掌握渠道精耕、RTM策略制定,了解渠道发展趋势;
5、具备较强的数据逻辑处理,有较强的生意逻辑和商务合作逻辑。
6、具有一线销售经验,总部销售管理经验者优先;
7、具有较强的沟通能力、协同工作能力、抗压能力;
