Job Description

销售战略发展负责人北京全职销售职能类职位描述- 协助营销中心负责人制定业务目标及策略并推动策略的有效实施和落地,确保与公司的整体目标和愿景相符合;
- 围绕业务目标,协同各方整合资源,制定全年或分阶段的销售策略和执行方案;
- 推动各部门按照销售策略落实执行、达成目标,并进行总结复盘;
- 利用内外部数据和信息、形成调研分析,为营销决策提供支持;
- 跨部门进行资源协调和资源整合,与上下游协作方充分沟通,确保信息流畅;
- 协助营销中心负责人管理重点战略项目,确保项目按时按质完成。职位要求- 本科及以上学历,市场营销、商业管理或相关专业优先;
- 10年以上快消品行业相关工作经验,5年以上水饮行业的管理经验;
- 具备销售战略、销售管理、行业研究、市场营销、渠道管理等相关专业知识,在至少两方面有突出的工作经验与成功案例;
- 可以快速适应并融入团队,能够与不同部门和团队有效合作,具备优秀的人际关系处理能力和极强的工作推动能力;
- 具备敏锐的市场敏感度,能够适应快节奏的工作环境,灵活应对市场变化、协助团队达成目标;
- 具备突出的逻辑思考能力、沟通影响力和判断力,有统筹团队和资源的能力;
- 具备一定的项目管理经验,能够协调和管理复杂项目、提出解决方案。 投递
