Job Description

策略运营岗北京全职中后台职能类职位描述1、深入研究无人零售领域的市场细分,并完成在划分市场里选定目标市场;
2、从行业视角出发,洞察客户的需求,定位影响交易决策的因素和厂商与客户的痛点,制定解决方案,提升交易转化效率和合作稳定性;
3、结合竞争对手的策略设计和打法规则,建立和推动人效更高的销售作业模式,提供可供销售使用的策略武器和产品工具;
4、分析业绩指标,针对异常点提出有效的运营策略并推动落地执行,具备闭环管理思维;
5、负责零售业务中心客户方案制定以及商品销售策略输出,对销售效率、客户竞争力及商品渗透率指标负责;
6、针对销售人员进行绩效设计和激励管理,定期完成绩效目标复盘,并不断提出优化建议;
7、深入研究供应链的效率提升机会,包括但不限于品牌、品类、商品、价盘等,并持续优化交易转化链路。职位要求1、掌握良好的结构化思维能力,有独立完整的业务分析经验,有过从方案产出到落地推广的实践经验;
2、具备产品规划能力,可完成BRD/PRD输出;
3、具备项目管理能力,明确项目目标及达成路径,推动复杂问题的解决,全程负责项目管理,统筹协调内外部资源的分配,有项目认证资质优先;
4、有较强的数据敏感度、市场洞察及逻辑思维能力,善于应用数据分析发现和挖掘问题;
5、本科以上学历,7年以上互联网运营管理或策略分析经验,有互联网公司或饮料食品厂商策略运营管理工作经验优先;
6、有良好的情绪控制能力,有空杯心态和积极进取的精神。 投递
