Job Description

高级商品运营北京全职中后台职能类职位描述1、负责自贩机零售市场分析及商业规划,识别市场趋势与用户消费需求,制定并实施商品运营管策略;
2、通过市场及用户调研,优化商品结构,打造爆品新品,建立标准化的商品运营流程;
3、建立行业运营分析和监控数据体系,并监控策略执行,监控指标包括但不限于:GMV、毛利率、损耗率等;
4、结合用户及品牌资源,策划并执行重点商品的营销推广,构建高效的商品营销场景;
5、项目管理及跨部门合作,完成商品相关指标优化项目、0-1项目、系统开发等相关运营及精益项目。职位要求1、统招本科及以上学历,5-10年及以上新零售商品运营经验,具备自贩机、CVS、大型商超、零食折扣店相关商品运营经验优先;
2、熟悉市场,具备良好的商业意识和市场敏感度,有较强的市场挖掘、分析能力与经验;具备较强的数据处理能力,对行业数据的分析和应用;
3、具有品类规划、营销活动策划、项目管理相关经验,能够不断推动商品运营工作的优化,拿到结果;
4、积极、抗压、善于思考,有较强的责任心和良好的协作意识。 投递
