數位創新/Digital and Innovation (Job Family)
【工作內容】
1.推動數位創新與 AI 導入相關專案，包含專案範疇定義、里程碑規劃、資源與時程協調，並持續追蹤專案進度與成效。
2.協助管理創新專案相關行政作業與資源排程，包含專案文件、驗收資料、概念驗證（PoC）與試辦成果彙整。
3.參與 AI 應用、數據分析、自動化流程（RPA/AI Agent）等創新專案之發想、規劃與執行，推動內部數位轉型與流程優化。
4.規劃與執行金融創新試辦、監理沙盒或新法規下之實驗型專案，促進業務創新與法規合規間之平衡。
5.策劃並執行數位創新相關專案活動（如工作坊、概念設計、跨部門協作會議），促進組織內部創新文化與協作效率。
【資格條件】
1.國內、外大學（含）以上畢業，商學院、管理、資訊、心理學或相關背景尤佳。
2.曾參與 AI / 資料分析 / 自動化 相關專案或 PoC 經驗。
3.具金融業、FinTech、新創或創新實驗（如監理沙盒、試辦計畫）相關經驗。
