依年度稽核計畫執行各項查核與內外部查核缺失覆查，展現稽核專業價值。
Execute audit assignments and follow-up reviews of internal and external audit findings in accordance with the annual audit plan, demonstrating professional audit value.

規劃與設計偵測風險及確認法規遵循之查核程式，視實際狀況保持彈性，調整查核作業。
Plan and design audit programs to identify risks and verify regulatory compliance, with flexibility to adjust audit approaches based on actual conditions.

積極運用資料分析或 AI 工具，持續提升查核效能。
Proactively leverage data analytics and AI tools to continuously enhance audit efficiency and effectiveness.

建立與維護查核程式資料庫，發展受查部門之查核循環，避免重複或遺漏重要查核項目。
Develop and maintain an audit program repository and establish audit cycles for audited departments to avoid duplication or omission of key audit areas.

推動並執行內部稽核品質保證之持續改善，涵蓋方法論遵循、風險覆蓋、價值創造、學習發展與文化面向。
Drive and implement continuous improvement of the internal audit quality assurance framework, covering methodology compliance, risk coverage, value creation, learning and development, and cultural dimensions.

建立內外部專業聯絡網，持續提出稽核流程與內部控制作業優化建議。
Establish and maintain internal and external professional networks, and continuously provide recommendations to optimize audit processes and internal control practices.

有效規劃並執行稽核人員職能訓練或經驗分享。
Effectively plan and deliver competency development programs or experience-sharing sessions for internal audit staff.

主動規劃及有效執行稽核相關專案。
Proactively plan and effectively execute audit-related projects.
