Job Description

建筑行业销售经理(高级经理)北京、成都、杭州、广州、武汉、石家庄全职房地产 / 建筑 / 物业职位描述1、建筑行业水泵新客户开发及老客户维护;
2、招投标工作、合同签订及订单跟踪事宜;
3、客户交流、拜访等工作的开展;
4、跟踪各款项按时间节点回款;
5、负责订单售后服务工作,。职位要求1、有至少3年以上建筑行业水泵销售工作经验,有工业建筑或商用建筑客户资源优先,有过数据中心类或者电子厂房类销售业绩人员;
2、从事过项目制销售模式;
3、 身体健康,体能好,能接受长期出差;
4、有良好商务谈判能力、人际交往能力;
5、聚焦数据中心、电子厂房、医药厂房的建筑,熟悉设计院(电子院、轻工院、咨询公司)。 投递
