金属材料资深工程师GuangzhouFull-timeIntelligent manufacturing / Industrial Internet / Industrial automationResponsibilities岗位职责
1、负责车型和机型项目开发过程中金属零部件材料性能开发认可工作。包括材料设计、技术报价方案评估、材料性能试验管控、特殊工艺审核等；
2、负责零部件金属材料优化降本方案的制定和推动，包括用材的规划、降本方案的制定，并与相关部门达成一致推动方案的实施；
3、负责零部件金属材料技术标准的制定，建立完整的金属材料技术体系；
4、负责金属材料数据库的建设与维护，满足产品设计开发的需求；
5、负责产品开发过程中金属材料相关质量问题解决和失效分析工作，并支持售后的失效分析工作；
6、负责板材/长材原材料的认证工作，对原材料供应商实施认证管理，满足公司用材规划需求；
7、负责先行材料的研究、先进材料及工艺的开发应用工作，保持产品用材的先进性；
岗位要求
1.大学本科及以上学历，金属材料、材料成型等相关专业
2.6年及以上整车开发过程中材料工作经验，熟悉整车开发流程和整车开发过程中材料工作内容；
3.熟悉板材（钢板、铝板）的性能和生产工艺流程，熟悉冲压、焊接加工工艺和质量控制要点；熟悉长材（棒材、线材）的性能和生产工艺流程，熟悉热处理、铸造、锻造等特殊工艺和质量控制要点（以上要求二选一）；
4.可独立进行零件的失效分析工作并提出改进措施，熟悉金相、力学、硬度、断口等材料试验分析；
5.熟悉GB、ISO、DIN、SAE、ASTM、JIS等国标、欧标、行业用金属材料标准；
6.对整车零部件和结构有一定的了解；
7.常用办公软件者优先，有成型模拟分析和CAE性能分析软件操作经验者优先。Qualifications-- Apply
