车轮及衬套实习生广州实习互联网 / 电子 / 网游 - 研发职位描述1.定义汽车的操控跟舒适
- 像为汽车车设计气垫跑鞋、为SUV定制登山靴一样，为所开发的车型，匹配最合适的“减震鞋垫”（悬置系统）与“关节软骨”（衬套）。目标是让车辆在颠簸路面如履平地，过弯时稳如磐石，加速时动力澎湃却无抖动，这一切的“高级感”，都源于设计的这套柔性连接系统。
2.从概念到量产的“魔法实现”
- 架构设计：在整车“骨架”（底盘架构）上，为发动机、副车架等“心脏”与“骨骼”寻找最佳的柔性安装点，规划“减震枢纽”的布局。
- 材料与配方魔法：精选橡胶、液压、或混合材料，设计衬套的配方，平衡“软”（隔振）与“硬”（支撑）的矛盾。
- 3D造物：使用作图软件，将概念绘制成详细的三维图纸，定义每一个弧度、厚度和内部结构。
- 仿真预言：在计算机里构建虚拟样车，模拟各种残酷路况，预言产品的疲劳寿命、性能变化，并不断优化。
- 实车驯服：跟踪试验样车，带着传感器奔波于各种测试场，倾听、感受、分析，确保您设计的部件在实际中效果较好，“驯服”振动与噪音这头“猛兽”。
- 守护质量：与供应商紧密合作，确保每一个下线的衬套，都符合您制定的严苛标准，实现稳定量产。职位要求我们期待您拥有：
1.必备装备：
- 机械、材料、车辆工程等相关专业背景。
- 熟悉底盘系统，对振动、噪、疲劳耐久有基本理解。
- 能熟练使用至少一种3D设计（如CATIA）和仿真分析软件。
- 一颗热衷于解决复杂工程问题、追求极致体验的心，对汽车研发拥有极高的热情。
2.加分才华：
- 有橡胶、聚氨酯等高分子材料知识，或悬置/衬套专职开发经验。
- 熟悉整车开发流程，有台架试验或整车调校经验。
- 具备出色的沟通能力，能清晰地向团队解释“为什么这个衬套的刚度曲线如此设计”。
