岗位职责：
1、独立完成直播间搭建、流量获取、转化优化，同时统筹主播并通过培训、绩效提升团队能力。通过创新直播玩法，迭代符合公司战略的直播模式。
2、熟悉中 / 高价直播业务及抖音、小红书、视频号、淘宝等平台规则，通过用户分析与运营策略推动业务增长。实时掌握行业动态，灵活调整直播策略，提出产品需求与销售链路优化建议，提升投放效率与效果。
3、通过提炼课程产品卖点，迭代直播节奏，结合历史直播转化数据定制差异化内容和销转方案，并通过 AB 测试验证策略有效性。
4、数据驱动复盘，通过监控直播相关过程和结果数据，分析定位问题和复盘优化，不断提升整体链路的数据表现。监控流量、GMV、转化率等核心指标，通过竞品分析和用户反馈迭代策略，适配平台规则变化。
任职要求：
1、3 年以上在线教育行业直播运营经验，熟悉家长 / 学生心理，能精准把控直播内容调性。
2、深度熟悉抖音、视频号等平台规则，能制定高效投流策略，独立完成直播策划与落地者优先。
3、沟通能力强，擅长跨部门沟通及资源整合；学习能力强，能够迅速学习新的内容，抓住热点并运用在工作中。
4、对数据敏感，善于数据分析和总结方法论，能够独立高效完成项目规划、执行，复盘。
