Job Description

膜处理副操天津污水类 - 污水运行岗大专及以上3-5 年职位描述1.系统日常操作
◦ 负责超滤（UF）、反渗透（RO）、纳滤（NF）等膜处理系统的启停、运行、切换、停机标准操作。◦ 监控进水/产水流量、压力、跨膜压差（TMP）、电导率、pH、浊度、温度等关键参数。◦ 按规程调整加药系统（阻垢剂、还原剂、杀菌剂、酸碱清洗剂），确保药剂投加精准。◦ 操作预处理单元（多介质/活性炭/保安过滤器、自清洗过滤器）的反洗、排污。
2. 维护与清洗
◦ 执行物理清洗（水反洗、气擦洗、正向冲洗）。
◦ 按周期与污染状况，开展在线/离线化学清洗（酸洗除垢、碱洗除有机物、杀菌清洗◦ 维护设备润滑、防腐、保温，保持现场整洁。
3. 巡检、记录与报表
◦ 定时现场巡检，核对仪表数据，排查泄漏、异响、异常温升。
◦ 真实、完整填写运行日志、巡检记录、加药记录、清洗记录、维修记录。
◦ 统计产水量、药耗、电耗、水回收率，定期上报运行报表。
4. 异常与故障处理
◦ 发现流量下降、TMP升高、脱盐率下降、水质超标、泄漏、泵异常等，立即上报并初步处置。◦ 配合维修、技术人员排查故障、更换备件、调试系统。
◦ 安全处置化学清洗废液、浓水，确保合规排放。
5. 安全与合规
◦ 严格遵守安全操作规程、有限空间作业、化学品管理、用电安全规定。
◦ 正确使用防护用品（耐酸碱手套、护目镜、防护服、防毒口罩）。
