Job Description

财务数字化项目经理惠州全职职位描述1.项目预研与立项
统筹财务数字化项目预研与立项,完成项目背景分析、解决方案可行性及落地方式研究,明确项目目标。
2.项目规划与启动
制定项目整体规划及实施计划,明确项目范围、时间节点及各类资源需求。
3.项目执行与控制
带领团队(含供应商/合作伙伴)按计划推进项目,协调人员、资金、设备等资源,保障项目按时、按质、按量完成;监控项目进度与质量,识别项目风险,制定应对策略及预案,降低风险影响。
4.项目收尾与评估
负责数字化系统上线及运维交接(含供应商/合作伙伴),确保系统稳定运行、运维工作顺利衔接;总结项目成果,分析经验与不足,评估项目目标达成情况。
5.需求与客户关系管理
对接用户/需求方,及时响应反馈、解决项目实施中的问题,提升用户满意度;联合相关人员评估用户需求变更合理性,制定变更实施计划。
6.团队与知识管理
组建项目团队,明确岗位职责与分工;识别团队能力缺口,组织培训及知识分享;总结项目管理经验教训,推动整体项目管理水平提升。职位要求1.业务与技术理解能力:熟悉业财流程与财经数字化实践,能够结合数字化系统(如ERP)与工具(如RPA),主导业财变革类数字化项目的落地(如多维管报、项目四算)。
2.项目计划与跟踪能力:具备全局规划能力,主导构建组织级项目管理机制,实现项目全生命周期高效管控。
3.风险识别与管控能力:具有主导大型项目或变革类项目全面风险评估的经验,能够系统识别、分级应对关键风险。
4.敏捷项目管理能力:敏捷项目管理能力:熟练掌握敏捷方法论与工具(如Jira、Scrum、Kanban),推动迭代交付与持续改进。
5.团队管理能力:能够有效领导跨部门、跨职能项目团队,保障高效协同与目标达成。
6.本科以上学历,3年以上财务数字化项目管理经验。 投递
