Job Responsibilities & Accountability (Key Roles, Functions & Accountabilities)

职位职责

1.Provide testing services for textile products covering dye fastness, physical properties, fiber structure, and chemical properties

从事纺织品及其相关产品的染色牢度、物理性能、纤维结构、化学性能等方面的检测服务;

2.Conduct quality testing on textiles according to domestic and international standards; maintain accurate inspection records

依据国内外各类标准对纺织品各种质量性能进行检测，并做好原始检验数据的记录。

3.Comply with laboratory management regulations

遵守试验室内务管理规定。

4.Monitor equipment operation and environmental conditions; report issues to equipment management staff

掌握相关仪器设备的运转情况和环境条件，发现问题及时与设备仪器管理人员联系。

5.Ensure test accuracy and timeliness; meet or exceed customer expectations on report delivery

确保测试项目的准确性和及时性；保证报告周转时间能达到/超越客户的期望。

6.Resolve customer product disputes and improve customer satisfaction and relationships

为解决客户有争议的产品问题，或针对提高客户满意度和促进客户关系的问题

7.Self-study relevant standards to ensure testing reliability

可自学标准，确保测试服务可靠性；

8.Maintain equipment and laboratory environment to meet standard requirements

维护设备和实验室环境，确保测试状态良好，符合标准要求；

9.Complete testing projects within scheduled timeframes

在规定时间内完成测试，

10.Perform other duties as assigned

完成领导安排的其他任务。

QHSE Requirements / QHSE要求：

1、Comply with the company's internal quality system and HSE requirements.

遵守公司内部质量体系和HSE要求

2、Comply with BV CPS quality requirements.

Required Skills & Qualification

职位要求

1.Associate degree or above in textile, chemistry, or related fields; recent graduates welcome

纺织或化学及其他相关专业大专以上学历，欢迎 优秀应届生.

2.Prior laboratory experience preferred

有相关实验室工作经验者优先；

3.CET-4 or above preferred; good English reading and writing skills

CET-4优先，英语读写良好；

4.Positive work attitude

良好的工作态度；

5.Strong sense of responsibility; meticulous and conscientious

具有较强的责任心；工作认真仔细。

6. Diligent, reliable, with strong hands-on ability
