一、岗位职责

1. 负责园区机电、暖通、给排水、弱电等全部设施的日常运行管理，制定运维计划与应急方案，保障设备稳定高效运转。

2. 负责特种设备（电梯、压力容器等） 维保管理，严格执行检验、维护规范，确保符合行业法规与安全标准。

3. 负责园区楼宇自控系统日常运行管理，优化设施运行参数，提升园区能源利用效率与智能化水平。

4. 负责园区各类能源使用情况统计、用能分析，对重点用能设备制定节能运行方案。

5. 管理工程运行团队，负责人员排班、技能培训、绩效考核，保障团队执行力。

6. 对接园区运营、安全等部门，处理设施突发故障，快速响应需求，保障园区正常运营秩序。

二、任职要求

1. 年龄30-45岁，大专及以上学历，机电、电气自动化、暖通工程等相关专业，具备高低压电工证、特种设备管理A证、有限空间作业监护证。

2. 3年以上中大型园区/商业综合体工程运行团队管理经验，熟悉配电系统运行管理要求，能够独立完成电气系统负荷评估、安全检查和故障排查。熟悉电梯、压力容器等特种设备管理规范，了解维护保养要求。

3. 熟练使用CAD、办公软件，具备工程图纸解读能力，熟练使用办公软件整理、分析数据。

4. 严谨细致、责任心强，具备良好的应急处置能力与风险防控意识。
