積極開發薪轉業務，提供客戶合適的金流方案，達成個人薪轉業務目標。
1.開發目標之薪轉客戶，瞭解客戶的需求，執行薪轉業務之推廣與策略。
2.維繫既有薪轉客戶，提供即時產品服務，提升與本行往來黏著度。
3.各項交叉銷售之商品協銷與轉介
4.維護與分行/消金/商金/企金之關係，進行有效的溝通與合作，以利達成個人薪轉目標"
