-2026年4月至5月間到職，穩定配合實習期間至少六個月，每週需排班 20 小時以上
（以連續 4 小時或 8 小時為原則，請於應徵時說明可配合的固定時段）
-歡迎大學三年級以上、碩/博士在學學生投遞
-具基本資料分析與視覺化能力（Excel樞紐分析與函數、PowerPoint 圖表呈現或類似工具）
-具備統計知識與數據思維，對資料品質有高度要求
-擁有主動學習的熱情，具問題解決、溝通表達、團隊合作等能力
=加分條件=
-曾使用 Power BI 等 BI 工具建立報表
-具 Python 實作經驗，能運用 Pandas, NumPy 等套件進行資料清理與轉換
-對生成式AI的應用有興趣或實際接觸經驗
-對人力資源、組織發展或管理顧問領域抱有高度興趣
-流利的中、英文能力 (如：TOEIC 800分以上) 為佳
