Job Description

战斗策划实习生杭州实习互联网 / 电子 / 网游职位描述核心职责
设计基于物理引擎的冷兵器战斗3C:
开发骑兵惯性系统、攻城器械后坐力反馈等特色机制
优化从第一人称瞄准到战略视角切换的战场感知体验
构建多维战斗平衡体系:
设计兵种克制关系矩阵(如枪兵方阵vs骑兵冲锋)
开发动态难度AI系统,实现NPC的战术级智能(包抄、诈败等行为树)
配置大规模战场事件链:
设计天气系统对战斗的影响(如雨雪影响火器、沙尘干扰视野)
制作城防设施破坏事件(城墙坍塌物理效果、城门攻防策略)
职位要求能力要求
本科及以上学历,25届或者26届应届生,每周实习4-5天,实习3个月以上;
熟悉Motion Matching/Root Motion等技术方案,了解UE5动画蓝图基本原理
掌握Excel进阶函数/VBA,能建立战斗数值模型(如伤害公式、体力消耗曲线)
有武术/兵击实操经验者优先,需提供对《荣耀战魂》《骑马与砍杀2》等作品战斗系统的分析报告
具备战场空间理解能力,能通过白模快速验证战术动线合理性 投递
