業務制度規劃與維護

1. 名單行銷活動與客群經營規劃（核心職責）

負責名單行銷活動與客群經營之策略規劃與企劃執行，包含既有名單之年度與每月經營策略、名單運用與溝通企劃設計、直效行銷既有客戶經營、MGM 活動歷程規劃，以及設計相關行銷機制以深化客戶與業務之長期互動關係，並透過成效分析持續優化行銷與名單策略。

2. 行政與營運支援（支援性職責）

支援名單行銷活動與部門業務運作，包含行政作業、管理資訊與報表整理、通路與專案行政支援、系統與權限需求申請，以及配合內外部查核之資料整理作業。

工作經驗

• 2–5 年以上行銷、名單經營或直效行銷相關工作經驗
• 曾實際參與或主責下列其中一項以上者尤佳：
  • 名單型行銷活動規劃與執行
  • 既有客戶經營（CRM、回購、交叉銷售、會員經營等）
  • 推薦制／MGM／會員類型活動
  • 與銷售單位或業務通路合作之行銷專案

必要能力與特質

• 具備 行銷企劃與策略思維，能從目標、客群、機制到成效進行規劃
• 能獨立執行名單或客群經營相關專案，並掌握進度與成果
• 對數據具基本敏感度，能理解並解讀活動成效、轉換或使用狀況
• 具跨部門溝通能力，能與業務、通路、行銷、系統單位協作
• 做事有條理，能在企劃與行政支援間取得平衡
