Job Description

自媒体营销北京全职品牌营销类职位描述1. 日常运营:负责元气森林气泡水品牌自媒体平台(微博、小红书、抖音等)矩阵搭建、内容策划产出(包含内容策划、拍摄剪辑、撰写发布)和日常运营,维护账号的评论互动、增强粉丝粘性,根据数据情况灵活调整运营策略,有爆点、可落地;
2. 策略规划:可基于元气森林品牌的发展阶段及营销需求,以提升项目影响力&品牌美誉度为目标,自主策划自媒体的年度和营销项目策略方案,协调品牌资源、落地亮点UGC活动;
3. IP协助打造:根据品牌建设进程,协调品牌资源、外部资源,全平台一致性打造熊猫“小元气”IP长线,将IP进行人格化、故事化展现,帮助品牌沉淀品牌资产;
4. 执行支持:机动支持组内其他品牌项目的轻量化内容,包括热点选题、拍摄、图文制作
5. 用户沟通:洞察公司动态和消费品热点趋势,主动和粉丝创造沟通场域、反哺品牌和公司营销发展。职位要求1. 专业能力:
1. 有自媒体运营经验,熟悉主流平台(微博、小红书、抖音等)的运营规则和用户习惯,有优秀的内容策划、制作和运营能力;
2. 有0到1起号或项目涨粉case,有消费/生活方式/吃喝品牌的文案、创意、策划经验者优先;
2. 创意能力:脑洞大、有想法和创意且审美在线,能把自己的创意和想法卖给别人;
3. 洞察能力:喜欢洞察趋势,对于社交媒体平台最新的热点和趋势很熟悉,习惯并擅于从表象挖掘背后的规律和逻辑; 投递
