Job Description

渠道开发深圳营运族群分子公司招聘职位描述1、对集团及子公司月度和年度的选址开发目标负责,按时完成区域网络规划,确保新店的开发进度;
2、负责收集、分析市场和竞争对手信息,完成各区域商圈、社区的调研,为新店开发项目提供策略依据,撰写项目评估分析报告,确保开发出符合公司要求的新址,建立目标地区商圈、商业体、社区项目信息库;
3、负责意向客户的开发和承接,完成对接洽谈、商务签约及落店前的对接;
4、和招商部门进行紧密配合,不定期的保持与客户的沟通维护,建立良好的客情关系;
5、配合相关部门工作,确保新店顺利开设;
6、负责子公司内部及外部协同部门的横向沟通、协调、统筹等相关工作;
7、完成上级领导交办的其他工作任务。职位要求1、大专及以上学历,3年以上选址开发经验,餐饮及茶饮行业优先,大型连锁品牌经验优先;
2、具有丰富的商务关系资源、商场资源,熟悉选址开发、市场调研、客户洽谈、物业合同谈判及签署等流程;
3、良好的敬业精神和职业操守,较强的沟通表达能力、谈判能力及抗压能力。 投递
