業務内容

• マンガ、アニメ関連コレクタブル、原画、イラストなどの高品質アイテムを発掘し、オークションのパイプラインを構築
• コレクターの関心を引き、エンゲージメントと商業的成果を最大化するオークションをキュレーション
• 出品から落札まで、オークションプロセス全体を管理し、スムーズな体験を提供
• 市場知識を活かし、需要やトレンドに合致したアイテムを選定
• 出品内容やプレゼンテーションの品質基準を維持し、オークション全体のクオリティを最適化
• 関係各所と連携し、オークション成果およびカテゴリー成長の改善を推進

応募資格

• 日本のマンガ、アニメおよび関連コレクタブルに関する深い専門知識
• コレクター市場および価格動向に関する理解
• 価値を見極め、オークションパフォーマンスを高める商業的思考
• コレクタブルアイテムの仕入れまたはキュレーション経験（または類似分野での経験）
• 品質、真贋、プレゼンテーションを見極める細部への注意力
• 複数のオークションやスケジュールを管理できる高い業務遂行能力
• セラーおよび社内チームと連携するためのコミュニケーション能力

Our Offices and Way of Working

Our vibrant offices in Amsterdam, Paris and Lisbon are designed to inspire collaboration. Most Catawikians operate in a hybrid setup, combining office-based and remote work, with a minimum of two days per week in the office, unless a role is explicitly stated as fully remote or fully office-based.
