产品经理（备件供应链方向）广州全职数据智能板块职位描述1、WMS核心模块建设：参与小鹏集团国内外，多产品线备件仓储系统（WMS）的产品规划。负责具体业务模块（如收货、上架、拣货、盘点、调拨等）的需求调研、业务蓝图梳理、产品原型设计及PRD编写；
2、进销存业务支撑：深入业务一线，理解备件采购、销售、库存的流转逻辑。收集并分析各业务线（国内/海外）的痛点，优化仓库库存管理，保障账实一致性，优化多仓协同、收货异常等场景的线上化流程；
3、AI场景探索与落地执行：拥抱AI技术，参与大模型及算法在仓储供应链场景的落地执行，参与需求预测、库存计划、智能补库等AI模块的产品化设计；
4、项目推动与数据闭环：紧密协同业务、研发、测试团队，保障项目高质量按时交付；跟进产品上线后的用户反馈，通过数据分析（如作业效率、库存准确率）持续迭代产品。
职位要求1、基本信息：本科及以上学历（计算机相关专业优先），1-2年互联网或IT产品工作经验（优秀应届生亦可）；
2、专业技能：具备扎实的B端产品基本功，熟练使用Axure/Figma/Xmind等工具，能输出逻辑严密、细节清晰的PRD文档；
3、经验要求：熟悉仓储物流（WMS）及进销存订单（OMS）的基本逻辑，对复杂的ToB业务逻辑有拆解和分析能力；
4、AI思维： AI工具资深用户，对大模型技术、数据挖掘有强烈的好奇心，能结合AI提升产品本身的输出效率，通过AI+业务数字化实践解决实际业务问题；
软性素质：
5、抗压与沟通：具备优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力，能够在快节奏的造车/出海环境中主动推进工作，拿结果能力强；
6、加分项：有过汽配、电商大仓或制造业供应链相关实习/工作经验者优先。有过参与AI应用（智能对话、策略后台）或算法类产品设计经验者优先，良好的英语交流能力优先。投递
