工作職責
1.研究國內外金融科技、數位金融之市場發展趨勢及同業動態分析
2.參與、制定與執行網路銀行及行動銀行APP功能服務規劃建置及既有平台服務營運業務
3.協助產品單位梳理業務需求並就整體平台發展策略及UI/UX規範制定需求文件
4.與集團或行內各單位跨部門合作發展數位金融、跨系統介接建置與平台成效追蹤機制等相關專案
5.專案管理及執行，完成各項需求功能建置、測試、上線追蹤及檢討
6.客戶心聲收集與梳理，持續優化數位旅程體驗與UI介面設計
需求條件:
大學以上學歷，對於數位平台客戶體驗及UI/UX發展具有高度熱忱及敏銳度 具備銀行個人金融產品之相關經驗2年以上，擁有專案管理、跨部門合作專案洽談經驗或熟悉APP流程規劃及營運相關經驗者尤佳
良好邏輯組織，能獨立作業，熟悉運用office軟體工具(Excel、PowerPoint、Word)製作文件或簡報
