一般管理與行政/General Management and Administration
1.分析經營團隊與產品專案之相關數據，並提供策略建議
2.市場趨勢與同業調研之相關研究與統計分析
3.執行金控跨子公司各種綜效目標，並定期對管理層報告運營或專案進度
4.瞭解主管機關規範並研擬制度調整，規劃通路經營作業和營運經營策略
5.熟悉SQL查詢和操作資料庫的基礎語言，並能應用數據定義問題
其他條件
1.5年以上證券經紀通路或相關金融營運管理規劃經驗尤佳
2.具備資料庫程式語言(如Python/SQL)或相關機器學習模型運用經驗者尤佳
3.具備高級證券業務員資格尤佳
