1. Automation Mechanism Design and Development:
- Design and develop automation mechanism equipment to ensure compliance with product requirements and technical specifications.
- Use CAD software (such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD) for mechanism design and drafting.
2. Equipment Testing and Verification:
- Conduct functional testing and performance verification of equipment to ensure the design meets expected requirements.
- Analyze test data, identify and resolve design defects and performance bottlenecks.
3. Production Support and Maintenance:
- Support equipment installation, debugging, and maintenance on the production line to ensure stable operation of the production process.
- Provide technical support to resolve equipment failures and technical issues during production.
4. Continuous Improvement and Optimization:
- Participate in equipment improvement projects, propose design optimization suggestions to enhance equipment performance and production efficiency.
- Research new technologies and materials for application in automation mechanism design.
5. Documentation Writing and Management:
- Write technical documents and operation manuals to ensure traceability of design and operation processes.
- Maintain design documents and databases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
6. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, quality assurance, and other departments to ensure the feasibility and effectiveness of design solutions.
- Participate in requirements analysis and technical review meetings, providing professional opinions and technical support.
