About the Role
该岗位根据公司业务战略，负责团体保险定制化产品的全生命周期管理，涵盖市场调研、产品设计、方案定制、系统对接、上线运营及持续优化。致力于打造市场领先、灵活高效且可落地的业务系统解决方案。
岗位职责：
1. 根据公司团险整体战略，深入理解团险业务的契约管理与保全流程，制定支持保全服务数字化的产品方向；
2. 负责团险契约保全相关数字化平台（如员工自助服务平台、保全作业系统等）的整体规划与产品设计；
3. 分析企业客户及员工在契约保全操作中的行为数据，建立与服务效率、转化效果的关联模型，持续优化平台功能与用户体验；
4. 主导团险契约保全类系统的端到端业务流程设计，覆盖增减被保险人、信息变更、批改、退保、续保衔接等核心场景；
5. 收集并梳理来自销售、运营、客服及企业客户的保全需求，进行分析评估，输出清晰的用户需求文档与原型设计；
6. 推动保全平台的功能开发、测试验证、上线部署及后续运维，确保产品高质量落地与稳定运行；
7. 持续跟踪产品使用效果，识别流程瓶颈与系统问题，主导优化迭代并验证改进成果，保障保全服务的高效性与合规性。
岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，保险、金融、计算机、信息管理、统计学、数学等相关专业优先；
2. 5年以上保险行业工作经验、具备团险产品契约保全产品经理经验优先；
3. 熟悉团体保险条款、核保规则、保全及理赔流程；
4. 具备较强的逻辑思维、沟通协调能力及项目管理能力。
