About the Role

完善各分支机构银保业务管理体系,包括建立与优化分级分类标准,制定、审批与督导业务推动方案执行,构建“问责-激励-改进”机构闭环管理体系,规范活动量管理标准动作等,激发机构产能与活动,促进达成分支机构银保业务的规模化、高质量、可持续的成长目标。

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • 制定并持续优化银保业务分支机构分级分类管理制度,明确机构管理的流程标准、操作规范、数据报送等要求,确保管理工作的统一性和规范性
  • 根据公司整体发展战略目标,协助将业务指标科学分解至各BU,并建立追踪机制,定期监控各机构的业务进展、关键绩效指标(KPI)完成情况
  • 负责接收、审核与审批各机构提交的业务推动方案,并对方案执行过程进行跟踪、监控与评估,确保按计划实施,并为后续优化提供建议
  • 结合监管要求与公司合规政策,牵头制定、落实并追踪评估针对机构银保条线关键人员(如DOBCITY HEADSM等)的绩效检视机制、问责考核办法、奖励激励方案及绩效改进计划(PIP)的闭环管理体系
  • 负责制定、优化并推动机构银保外勤活动管理体系,通过标准化动作、流程设计、IT系统支持及跨部门协作,提升外勤团队活动效率与产能
  • 对各机构的业务运营情况进行日常督导,识别业务瓶颈、风险隐患及优秀实践,提供针对性的指导与支持,并通过协调公司内部资源,协助机构解决业务推动中的跨部门问题
  • 组织并执行对各机构的定期(如月度、季度、年度)评估工作,根据评估结果对各机构进行动态调整
  • 依据公司整体战略拓展规划,负责协调银保业务条线新机构业务规划、筹备等工作,并建立新机构业务扶持机制,包括但不限于目标设定、资源扶持计划、业务指标追踪、绩效提升计划、完善总公司与分公司、新机构与老机构之间信息沟通与分享学习机制等,助力新机构加速成长
  • 完成主管交办的其他工作

Job Requirements:

  • 全日制本科及以上学历,5年以上金融机构相关工作经验
  • 熟悉银行保险业务全流程及市场运作模式,具备渠道管理(银保、营销员渠道等)、企划、项目管理或分公司工作经验优先考虑
  • 较强的数据分析能力,逻辑严谨,条理清晰
  • 出色的沟通技巧,良好的影响力与团队协作精神
  • 工作细致严谨,客观公正,自我驱动型,抗压力强
  • 精力充沛、充满热情,并致力于推动业务增长取得显著成就
