About the Role

基于银保整体策略，立足友邦文化与银保差异化战略导向，快速突破，实现所辖市场银保业务的快速与高质量成长。

Roles and Responsibilities:

• 在总公司战略、业务策略的指引下，敏锐关注行业、所辖地区市场、客户动态、竞争对手与发展趋势，思考可能带来的影响，制定并推进属地中长期业务规划
• 深化与监管、行协、同业等的沟通交流，及时根据市场趋势、渠道情况等，调整业务计划与方案，以符合当地市场和友邦战略导向
• 协调整合内外部资源，有效落实业务发展策略、通过业务进展监督跟进，预算费用管控等，确保业务目标高效达成
• 组织分析合作渠道目标客户定位和需求，结合公司价值主张，开展渠道拓展活动、网点经营，推动渠道合作项目，赢得渠道对友邦的认可，强化双方互信度与合作深度
• 根据业务发展规划与目标要求，前瞻进行组织规划与人才布局，组建专业队伍，通过团队愿景与文化建设、绩效管理等，加强团队凝聚力；持续关注团队人员能力建设与培养，夯实人员专业能力、人才储备与梯队建设
• 根据公司合规与风险管理的原则及要求，塑造合规诚信的工作氛围，持续对内、对外宣贯，深化统一的合规文化与价值观，进而形成合规框架下的业务经营与团队行为准则

Job Requirements:

• 大学本科以上学历。
• 10年以上工作经验。5年以上中外资商业银行管理工作经验，或5年以上大型寿险公司银保管理工作经验优先。
• 各银行有稳定的合作关系，熟悉寿险银保各项规章制度，了解行业规则。
• 沟通协调能力强，表达能力、商务演示能力佳。
• 中英文俱佳。
• 思维灵活性和逻辑性高、具备一定的创新能力。
• 性格大方、具亲和力、抗压力好、积极阳光、富有激情。
