PlayStationのハードウェア商品における商品企画/推進業務を担当します。

具体的には以下の業務の内、適正等を鑑み担当業務を決定させていただきます。

・オンラインマルチプレイにおけるセッション管理機能
・ゲーム向け Cloud Storage サービス、およびリーダーボードサービス
・セーブデータのクラウド同期機能

【組織・職場紹介 / About Team and Organization】

当部署では、PlayStationのハードウェア、ソフトウェア、サービスに関する商品企画およびプロダクトマネジメントを担っています。世界中のゲームプレイヤーにより良い体験を提供するだけでなく、ゲームクリエーターが開発しやすい機能や基盤を提供し、ゲーム制作を支援する役割も果たしています。

製品の企画立案や要求仕様の策定から、市場投入・ユーザーへの提供に至るまで、エンドツーエンドで責任を持つチームです。アメリカ、イギリスをはじめとする海外拠点と日常的に連携する、非常にグローバルな職場環境です。

入社後は担当領域のプロダクト企画・推進を担いながら経験を積み、将来的にはより広範囲にわたりプラットフォーム全体へ影響を与える役割を担っていただくことを期待しています。

【応募資格（必須要件）/ Must Requirements】

▼経験 / スキル

・コンシューマー向け・ゲーム向けネットワークサービス・ソフトウェアの 商品企画 / Product Manager として、3年以上の業務経験
・ロードマップ/KPI 定義、要件定義、リリース・運用まで、プロダクトライフサイクルを通しての実務経験
・エンジニア、デザイナーなど、複数チームと協業した実務経験

▼語学力

・日本語：ネイティブレベル（高度な文書作成・社内外調整が可能なレベル）
・英語：ビジネスレベル（資料読解、海外メンバーとのメール、会議でのプレゼンテーションが可能なレベル）
　※業務上、海外とのやり取りが発生します

【歓迎スキル・経験 / Nice to Have】

・ゲーム業界、ゲームコンソールに関連した業務経験
・API / SDK を提供するプロダクトの Prodcut Manager 業務経験
・小規模な Prodcut Manager チームを率いるマネージャー・リーダー経験
