Job Description

北美渠道销售深圳全职市场&销售职位描述1.渠道开拓: 主动拓展北美头部零售商(如 Best Buy、Micro Center、Costco、Home Depot 等),建立从0到1的合作关系;
2.客户管理: 负责完整销售周期,从客户触达、方案定制、商务谈判到合同签署与落地执行;与关键决策人建立长期战略合作;
3.目标达成: 承担季度及年度营收目标,持续跟踪动销数据,驱动业务增长;
4.策略制定: 针对不同客户定制产品组合、定价策略及促销方案,协同总部对齐上市节奏与库存规划;
5.跨部门协同: 联动市场、产品、供应链、售后等团队,确保客户需求高效响应;反馈一线市场情报与竞品动态;
6.新领域探索: 拓展教育、制造业、政府采购等B2B机会;代表公司参加行业展会与采购会。职位要求1.本科及以上学历,商科、市场营销、工程或相关专业;
2.5年以上北美大客户/渠道销售经验,消费电子、智能硬件、科技产品等行业背景优先;
3.有成功开拓北美主流零售商的实际业绩,熟悉零售采购流程与品类管理;
